Customizing Toolbars

You can customize the toolbars in PhotoDocs, particularly the appearance of the toolbar buttons.

To customize toolbars

1. Right-click in the toolbar.
2. In the Customize dialog box, select the Options tab.
3. Specify the following options.

Personalized Menus and Toolbars

Menus in PhotoDocs appear under the About PhotoDocs button and the Layout button.

Always show full menus: Click a menu button and see every option immediately. 

• Show full menus after short delay: Delays the options from appearing when first clicking on the menu button

Reset menu and toolbar usage data: Deletes the record of commands used in Laserfiche and restores to the default set of visible commands to the menus and toolbars. It does not undo any explicit customizations.

Appearance and Behavior

In this section, you can configure the appearance and behavior of toolbar buttons.

Large icons: Displays large images in the toolbar; small images are displayed if this check box is cleared.

Show ScreenTips on toolbars: Displays a label when hovering over a toolbar button.

• Show shortcut keys in ScreenTips: Displays shortcut keys associated with buttons.

Menu Animations: Specifies how menu options will open.

• Slide
• Fade
• None

Button Text: Displays the command name under the icon.
